Basic Sex

Safe Sex

In the end abstinence is the only way proven to be 100% effective in preventing pregnancy and Sexually Transmitted Diseases/Infections (STDs/STIs).

Lets cover the more fun ways to greatly reduce the risk to an acceptable level.

First you can use latex or polyurethane condoms for vaginal, anal or oral (fellatio) sex. If you like to feel him fill you up,birth control (even if it is not 100% effective) is a good option for couples who are married. REMEMBER Birth control will not protect you from STDs/STIs, so once again, this is best for couples who are staying together.

NEVER go from anal sex straight to vaginal sex or you will spread fecal mater inside her vagina, and this is VERY bad.

When you finger your lover make sure your fingernails are trimmed and clean to prevent cuts and infections. ALSO use latex gloves for finger penetration to prevents cuts from you fingernails.

Brush your teeth and use mouthwash to keep your mouth clean for oral sex. If you have any cuts inside your mouth or on your lips then do not perform oral sex on anyone or you can give them a permanent STI/STD! I say again, when performing oral sex ensure your mouth is CLEAN and INJURY/INFECTION FREE!

ONLY use water-based lubricants or Waxaline with condoms or sex toys as oil based products destroy or "rot" them.

STD's STI's...

Sexually Transmitted Diseases/Infections

The sobering fact is that STDs/STIs affect at least 40 million people around the world every year.

AIDS / HIV

AIDS/HIV is a very deadly STD, and even though a gay man in Califorina was cured of AIDS. The Cure involved taking bone marrow from a compatible donor who was already immune to HIV/AIDS (as the donors white blood cells naturally lacked the cell door used by HIV to infect and attack the white blood cells themselves). Since only 1% of the human population is naturally immune to HIV/AIDS, doctors estimate it will take at least 10 years if not longer to make this cure a reliable method...

Currently the only people who can apply for this cure must have both AIDS, bone marrow cancer, and know a person who tests out to be immune to HIV. This donor must also be the same blood type and willing to donate/sell some bone marrow to you.

LAST, remember the risk of infection and rejection of bone marrow with this method is high, and this is why doctors need to do so much research before we can expect to see this as a usable cure. As long as this is the case, HIV/AIDS is a TERMINAL illness if you are infected... As in it "will" (not "can" but WILL) kill you...

Estimates show up to 80% of infected Americans don’t know that they are carrying the virus. This said get a STD check any time you have unprotected sex!

HIV/AIDS is spread when semen, vaginal fluid or blood passes from an HIV positive person into the bloodstream of another person. The virus must enter through a break in the skin or tissue in the mouth, vagina, rectum or enter the tip of the penis. The virus then breaks down our immune system. Then normally harmless bacterial or viral contagions become deadly, as the immune system can no longer fight them off.

The World Health Organization says that in the first five years of the new century, half of all new infections world-wide will occur between the ages 15-19, and the fastest growing infection rates are among young women. PARENTS, do your children a huge favor and TALK to them about sex and EDUCATE THEM! Clearly the school systems are not getting the job done...

Other STDs/STIs

Other STDs/STIs are often not as lethal but often have very damaging effects. Hepatitis B for example infects you liver and can kill you. Genital warts has been associated with cancer of the anus and cervix (not to mention it can make women sterile if left untreated). The list goes on, basically if you have a STD/STI and leave it untreated, you can become infertility, get cancer, have children with birth defects and miscarriages, or die. That being said, safe sex is easy, use a condom and save your self the ass pain (no pun intended).

What about Oral Sex?

Is oral sex safe... Well... No... Unprotected oral sex is generally considered less risky then unprotected vaginal or anal sex, because the lining of the mouth is less permeable than the lining of the vagina or anus. However if a cut is already there (e.g. cut during flossing), then it can be equally dangerous.

To minimize your risk while engaging in oral sex follow some suggestions for experimenting with at least new partners:

1. Always use a Condom.

2. Before you "swallow" a load of cum, ensure you have gone to a doctor and both gotten checked up and shared the results with one another in front of the testing doctor.

3. If you see symptoms that are suspicious of STDs/STIs, put the fantasy on hold until a doctor clears it.

4. Maintain good oral hygiene.

5. Above all, get tested and know your status, so that you can help protect others.

Remember that behind every unwanted pregnancy or STD/STI infection, is a person thinking it wouldn't happen to them.

Don't be the next idiot/victim!
