To identify your Cup Size you will need to do a little trial an error, go into the changing room with the bras you want to try (now that you know your band size). An indication that you’ve got the right cup size is if the breasts fill out the cup without spilling over and the band doesn't ride up high on your back. For women with a bigger busts, wear a bra and put your arms over your head, if your breasts spill out the bottom of the bra, you’ll need a bigger cup as well.
Your Breasts shape over time.
Puberty - When you hit puberty your breasts will begin to change shape and grow larger, this is because they are mainly comprised of adipose tissue.
Weight - Your breast size may also change if you gain or lose weight. Remember any rapid gains in weight can cause stretch marks and any sudden loss of weight can cause your breasts to sag.
Breast Asymmetry - this is a very common occurrence during puberty, you may find your breasts are different by a full cup size. Normally you will find over time that your breasts shape will continue to evolve and will still become a matching pair.
Pregnancy - it is normal for your breasts to change in size during pregnancy, This change will continue throughout the breastfeeding period. The size of your nipples can increase and their pigmentation may also darken. Once you are done breast feeding they will more or less go back to their original state, but there is a high probability of some sagging and/or stretch marks.
Reproductive Cycle - Your breasts total volume can change by as much as 10% over the month thanks to you menstrual cycle. The main cause of this is due to premenstrual water retention or as a side effect of an oral contraceptive pill. You breasts can also shrink after menopause if your estrogen levels decline too much. Your breasts can also increase in size as a response to sexual arousal and stimulation and some say prolonged sexual stimulation can increase breast size. Women with large breasts must be careful to give them proper support or your breasts will start to droop which is a natural process that occurs over time.
Putting on a bra
Now that you have your bra, lets put it on.
To begin adjust the straps to their maximum length and slip your arms through.
Lean forward into the cups and hook up the back straps and put the shoulder straps on.
Use a hand if you need to adjust your breasts in each cup, and make sure the band or wire of the bra stays in the correct position with the other hand. Then lean forward and gently shake the bra to the left and right. Your breasts will fall into the cup and sit higher when you stand up straight. (make sure theirs no pinching at the band)
Finally adjust the straps so its comfortable and your done! You will find the straps should support the breast lightly without putting too much pressure on the shoulders. This will prevent the back of the bra will ride up and affect your posture. Drop the strap off your shoulder so that you can reach the adjusters from the side (or ask someone to help you). You only need to do this once, and the strap length will be right every time.
Take care of your Bra
Now that you have a nice well fitting bra you must take care of it. Make sure your bra is hand washed and line-dried so that it doesn’t shrink or get damaged.
DO NOT put a bra in the dryer! Leave the back clasped, fix the cups and let it hang dry.
